Courtney Webster began his career with Detroit Public Schools in 2009 as an Attendance Agent. Since then, he has held various impactful roles, including Behavior Specialist, and now proudly serves as Dean at Western International High School—his alma mater.

A proud product of the Detroit Public Schools Community District (DPSCD), Courtney brings a deep-rooted passion and commitment to serving students, families, and fellow educators. He is a strong advocate for union representation and firmly believes in the powerful role unions play in supporting members and their communities.

Courtney is currently serving his second term on the Executive Board of the Organization of School Administrators & Supervisors (OSAS), where his steadfast leadership continues to support the organization’s growth and impact.
