Joseph Schwartz works in the Bilingual Department as a Data Analyst. He also enjoys serving on the Board for OSAS and helping drive decisions based on the needs of its members.

An Alumni from Chadsey, he is very passionate about being a voice for all students, staff, and district office members. Representing the Program Associates, advocating for ELL students, and living the 2020 Model fuels his motivation on a daily basis.
