The Fairfax County Federation of Principals, Supervisors, and Administrators (FCFPSA), has made history by winning a decisive victory to become the exclusive bargaining representative.
You will receive an email on Thursday, October 5th at 5 p.m. Voting will remain open until October 6th at 5 p.m. Members in good standing will receive the email. A member in good standing is a member who has paid dues for 90 days.
Members who are paying dues but have not reached 90 days will be sent a copy of the contract to view at the same time.

When Zulema Naegele thinks of her childhood, she says being an educator was far from her mind. The eldest of five children raised in Mesa, Arizona, she never dreamed that one day she would teach and then become a high school principal.
